Clarice, 86, lives in Victoria. She's a loving mother and grandmother, widowed, and living with low mobility. Though she faces the everyday challenges of ageing, what matters most to her is staying surrounded by the people she loves and the comfort of her own home.
Her 4 children, all working, do their best to coordinate her care across multiple providers. But without a single source of truth, they rely on calls, texts, and emails. Details get lost, stress builds and the back-and-forth never ends.
